We got room with comfortable decor and a big size bathroom to relax. Our wife really enjoyed the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable and we slept like in a cloud. Our accommodation was set in a central location just next door to shops and restaurants and South Africa and the airport.

The self-catering apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen with all the appliances and crockery. It was so convenient to cook our own meals! The two standard double bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, with standard double beds that provided a good night's sleep. The en-suite private bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Johannesburg. We loved the private terrace with built-in braai facilities, where we could enjoy a barbecue while surrounded by the beautiful private garden.
Personally, I found the patio with pool view a bit too crowded, but I understand that some guests might enjoy the lively atmosphere.

My stay at this guesthouse was absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness and comfort were jaw-dropping, and the open spaces were super spacious. But what really blew me away was the owner's exceptional customer service. Not only did he offer to take me to a nearby wine store in his car, but he also waited patiently until I finished my shopping. John, the owner, deserves all the credit for his amazing hospitality. From picking me up at the airport to dropping me off and preparing a delicious breakfast, he went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The communication was top-notch, and the breakfast had an endless variety of choices. This is the perfect place to stay near the airport, with huge rooms and a beautiful garden. John even helped us with a rental car issue and even escorted us to the highway to ensure we didn't get lost. I am warmly recommending this guesthouse to everyone! From the first contact to the end of my stay, everything was perfect, and John's hospitality was truly outstanding. The room had a balcony overlooking a well-kept garden, and the amenities were fantastic. The breakfast was fit for an army, and John's willingness to help and provide information was impressive. He even offered airport transfers and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you book this guesthouse.

The location of the guest house was great and convenient for my needs. the owner was really helpful and even picked me up from the airport and dropped me off the next day. the breakfast that was prepared was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from.
The host was very rude and made our check-out experience unpleasant. He insisted that check-out time was earlier than what we had previously researched.

The decor showcased the country's natural beauty and old buildings. The lounge overlooked the braai area and pool. I even used the conference room for my exclusive gathering. Facilities included office services. Forget about those 30 million people, this place is all mine!
Just one tiny flaw, I couldn't keep the whole guest house for myself. How disappointing!

The decoration of the hotel was simply lovely. The colors and patterns used in the general areas were tasteful and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how well-maintained and accessible the hotel was. The hallways were wide enough for me to easily navigate with my walking cane, and there were handrails in the bathrooms to provide extra support.
I would have preferred if the staff were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While they were polite and friendly, there were times when I felt like they could have been more proactive in assisting us with any specific requirements or concerns we may have had.
